According to sources related to an important leak in concentric spheres of the government, an independent unidentified organization related to philanthropic private initiatives has started yesterday the most detailed and pretend-to-be most accurate identification and classification system of all clouds around the globe. According to a never probed theory by Albert J. Armand, legendary riverbank philosopher, clouds are believed to have a life form of its own, are susceptible to external stimulus, and have a very irritable primitive form of nervous system.
Cloud 8Xtr920prrrrrm, shown above, has been registered as born in the proximity of Slovenian capital Ljubljana. Aged 3, it's suspected participation on two hurricanes (names are filed under secret data platforms) around the Cuban capital, La Habana, and in the latest thunderstorms that almost ended in a severe plane crash in Hamburg, Germany, are yet to be probed.
